Words have always been my favorite.

Song lyrics. Dreamy novels. Quirky poetry. SNL monologues. I love them all.

Finding a way to make words into a career? The greatest gift - beyond the three humans and two dogs with whom I share my life and house, that is.

I made the leap from advertising/PR to freelance copywriting in 2007 and never looked back. And stumbled into voice acting along the way, a different kind of adventure that's taught me so much about great copy.

When I'm not interviewing fascinating executives, shaping a brand's voice and tone, dreaming up clever copy or voicing videos, I'm making a mess in my backyard growing way too many flowers and the occasional out-of-season pumpkin.

If you want to watch me learn (and fail and try again) to be a flower farmer, hop over to IG:

"Flowers have spoken to me more than I can tell in written words. They are the hieroglyphics of angels, loved by all men for the beauty of their character, though few can decipher even fragments of their meaning."
